The first 2,000 days of a child’s life are the ideal time to learn foreign languages. At this age, children naturally absorb the sounds and grammar of each language, as their brains are undergoing rapid development. When learning is experiential and engages the senses and emotions, the process becomes even more effective and enjoyable.
At Gelasti Fraoula, children don’t just memorise words. Instead, they are taught English and French through a child-centred system rooted in sound pedagogical principles and best educational practices. Lessons take place weekly, promoting a natural and effortless familiarity with both languages.
Learning foreign languages from the early years offers multiple benefits:

At Gelasti Fraoula, our carefully designed music programme enables children to experience music in a natural, enjoyable way, drawing on the Orff approach, which emphasises hands-on, experiential learning.
Early exposure to music is key to a more receptive mind, better concentration, and higher academic performance. Through music, children learn to express themselves, collaborate, and develop their artistic and creative abilities.
Our approach to music education follows five key stages:
Observation
Children begin by watching the teacher or their classmates actively participate in musical activities.
Copying
They acquire essential skills in rhythmic speech, singing, percussion, musical instruments, and movement, following the instructions provided.
Exploration & Experimentation
Through hands-on exploration, children discover their own potential in sound and movement, gradually shaping their individual musicality.
Improvisation & Creation
Over time, they learn to spontaneously create their own musical patterns.
Independence
Eventually, they reach a stage where they can improvise, analyse, and communicate through music with self-assurance.
